Job Description:
- Assist guests with long-term luggage storage requests / Left luggage requests.
- Maintain detailed records of all guest room deliveries
- To ensure the Lobby, Hotel entrances, and baggage area are kept clean and tidy at all times. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- To be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors when requested.
- To open the car door and the hotel door for all guests.
- Ensure that the Hotel door is never left unmanned, on alert that doors are always being opened for guests who may come in different directions of the hotel.
- Update and submit all same-day checked-in Vietnamese guests into the Declare Temporary Residence Book to the Police Station to get it stamped in accordance with the Temporary Residence Declaration Law.
- Respond to guest requests such as limousine, shuttle service, and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful information service.
Experience:
- Diploma or Degree of Hotel Profession (Compulsory with Expat)
- Good skills In Customer Service and communication
- Well organized
- Good English communication skills & Computer skills
- At least 1 year solid experience in Concierge/Bell Service.
- Knowledge of airport / airline operations is a requirement.
Job Description:
- To greet each guest in a courteous and friendly manner, to address guests by name whenever possible. To promote and document orders for drinks. To mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control;
- To input order into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest. To maintain an accurate record of all beverage items served;
- To process cash, credit card, and/or voucher transactions, make changes as needed, verify the validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed in order to balance all monies;
- To maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce, based on projections from the Good & Beverage Department as per guest occupancy
- To be responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality;
- To store and secure all beverage, food, and other equipment, deposits, cash deposits vouchers, drops, and secures bank.

Experience:
- 2 - 3 years experience in Bartender position is preferred
- Friendly, patient, proactive, organized, and highly responsible.
- Good at writing and communication in English.
Job Description:
- Prepares, arranges, and serves all food according to the standard set by the Executive Chef.
- Co-ordinates activities with cooks and kitchen stewards to ensure an efficient and smooth food service.
- Check and ensure all standard recipes are used as instructed and consistently.
- Control cost by minimizing spoilage, and waste and exercising portion control.
- Attends training classes, and staff meetings and suggests improvements.
- Follow the established procedures and perform special duties as may be assigned by her/ his supervisor and record all recipes given to him.
- Keep a clean and tidy appearance at all times, and take care of hotel property.
- Followed his schedule working as planned by his supervisor and obeying hotel regulations. Arrange and submit schedules, and break time of staff on a weekly basis.
- Responsibility includes but is not limited to, performing and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks assigned by the Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef.

Job Description:
- Follow the Japanese Speciality Chef's instructions to cook Japanese cuisine at the Hotel NIKKO Hai Phong. Follow the instructions of your superior to accomplish the assigned position work.
- Ensure that the kitchen remains clean and thoroughly organized at all times.
- Assist Japanese Speciality Chef to make daily menu and kitchen menu.
- Strengthen the management of all kinds of equipment in the kitchen, Use reasonably, clean and maintain frequently.
- Be sure to follow the SOP of Hishou kitchen.
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years experience is preferred
- Good at reading and communicating in Japanese.

- Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine.

Job Description:
- To attend pre-shift meeting to be aware of and knowledgeable of all activities within the hotel. To check tables are properly set. To pick up orders from Kitchen on a timely basis. To serve guests food and beverage in a friendly and courteous manner. To assist guests with chairs and napkins
- To clear table neatly and quickly between courses and reset. To monitor hot beverage stations for freshness. To keep ashtrays empty and clean. To handle and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner. To notify Captain of all complaints
- To reset tables for new guests. To restock Station supplies to par. To shake out dirty linen and return to Laundry.
Experience:
- Can communicate by English
